Why Sarah
Because a great event session shouldn't feel like a lecture.
Sarah brings the Enneagram to life with a style that's conversational, energetic, and grounded in the realities of work, mixing real-world examples with familiar moments from pop culture to make complex personality patterns easy to recognize and remember.
Before becoming an Enneagram speaker and facilitator, Sarah spent more than a decade working inside organizations, including years in the corporate world and as part of a high-performing sales team. She knows firsthand what it's like to navigate different personalities, competing priorities, communication breakdowns, pressure, and the everyday dynamics that shape how people work together.
That experience comes with her to the stage.
Rather than simply explaining nine personality types, Sarah gets people recognizing themselves, noticing the people around them, laughing at the moments that hit a little too close to home, and thinking differently about how they communicate, lead, sell, collaborate, and work with others.
Every presentation is shaped around the audience in the room, with industry-specific examples, relatable workplace moments, and practical ideas attendees can take with them when the event is over.

Useful After the Applause

"We had a very large group and Sarah handled it extremely well. She presented on a topic with a lot of information, but it never felt dry or as if you were in the classroom, as she constantly engaged and interacted with our audience, walking around, asking questions, and keeping everyone involved.
